Pelvic Floor Physiotherapist
Nadina has worked in the field of pelvic health for the past 15 years in both private practice and hospital settings. She is skilled at managing a wide variety of complex conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain.
Nadina is an AHPRA registered physiotherapist, a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, the APA Women’s, Men’s and Pelvic Health special interest group, Women’s Health Training Associates and Continence Foundation of Australia.
Nadina enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide services for;
- Bladder urgency and/or incontinence
- Bowel dysfunction
- Chronic pelvic pain
- Painful intercourse
- Pelvic organ prolapse and pessary fitting
- Safe return to sport/running assessments
- Pre and post-surgical pelvic rehabilitation
Nadina strongly believes in empowering the patient with knowledge and practical skills to regain control of their pelvic floor at various life stages.
