Kelsey Riachi

Dietitian

Kelsey is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Credentialed Eating Disorder Clinician who brings warmth, curiosity, and respect to every session. With a Bachelor of Exercise and Nutrition Sciences and a Master of Dietetics Studies from the University of Queensland, she offers a strong foundation in clinical nutrition, combined with a deeply person-centred approach to care

At Queensland Pelvic Floor Centre, Kelsey supports individuals navigating a range of concerns, including all gastrointestinal diseases and disorders, pelvic floor dysfunction, post-surgical nutrition and disordered eating. She works collaboratively with the wider QPFC team to ensure clients receive coordinated, thoughtful, and individualised care.

Kelsey is passionate about helping people feel heard and understood—particularly when dealing with health concerns that may have previously been overlooked or stigmatised. She creates a therapeutic space where clients feel respected, supported, and genuinely listened to. Her sessions blend evidence-based nutrition with practical, personalised strategies to reduce distress around food and body, while building confidence and improving symptom management.

Her practice is grounded in non-diet, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and weight-inclusive principles. She believes that effective nutrition support depends on clear communication, education, and care that aligns with each person’s values, needs, and goals.

In sessions, you can expect a calm, collaborative environment where clinical knowledge is paired with compassion and flexibility. Kelsey’s goal is to equip clients with the tools, insight, and support they need to make sustainable changes and move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
