Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

Jess is a highly experienced Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with 15 years of clinical experience in both private practice and hospital settings. With a strong foundation in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, she brings a holistic and compassionate approach to pelvic health, working with both men and women across the lifespan.

Jess is skilled in managing a wide range of complex pelvic health conditions, including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, and sexual dysfunction. She also provides support for pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, as well pre- and post-natal care including safe return to exercise.

Jess is passionate about empowering her patients with knowledge and practical tools, helping them regain confidence and control over their pelvic health. She enjoys collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centred and evidence-based care.
